Virtual Workshop
Employers are increasingly skilled at supporting disabled applicants during recruitment, creating accessible processes and inclusive experiences. Yet challenges can arise when requests for adjustments appear to go beyond what is feasible, both during recruitment and once individuals are in the workplace. How can organisations determine what is reasonable, when it’s appropriate to push back, and how to do so fairly and effectively?
This interactive webinar provides practical guidance on supporting individuals with disabilities throughout their journey. Participants will learn how to implement adjustments that enables individuals to demonstrate their potential both during the recruitment process and in the workplace, while also gaining clear strategies for assessing and responding to requests that may be considered unreasonable. The session will cover both recruitment processes and workplace support, ensuring employers can act consistently and confidently.
Through real-world examples, case studies, and interactive discussion, attendees will leave with actionable insights to create an inclusive environment where individuals can perform at their best, develop their potential, and contribute fully while understanding how to navigate challenging requests with fairness and clarity.
This session is ideal for HR teams, Early Careers professionals, TA Teams, line managers, and DEI practitioners.
