  • Identity Data: First name, last name, job title, and the organization you represent.

  • Contact Data: Business email address, telephone numbers, and corporate billing addresses.

  • Technical & Usage Data: Internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone settings, geographic location, and analytical data regarding the clicks you make as you navigate our website to evaluate its performance.

  • Communications Data: Any personal data contained within messages, requests, or inquiries you send us via email.

3. How We Use Your Data & Lawful Basis

We only process your personal data when permitted by law. Most commonly, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a Contract: We process Identity, Contact, and billing data to manage your paid corporate memberships, process corporate applications, and deliver core Employers Club services.

  • Legitimate Interests: We process corporate email inquiries, analyze website user navigation, and send updates regarding regular corporate updates or goings-on at MyPlus. We ensure this processing aligns with what you would reasonably expect from a professional B2B relationship. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

  • Legal Obligation: We process financial transaction records to comply with statutory accounting and UK tax requirements.

4. The Employers’ Club Membership & Spotler Integration

If your organization joins the MyPlus Employers’ Club as a paying member, we collect corporate contact details and business billing records to manage your subscription.

  • System Integration (Spotler): Your business contact details (name, job title, and professional email) are securely uploaded to and stored within our marketing communication system, Spotler, to distribute our corporate newsletters and updates about goings-on at MyPlus.

  • Financial Data Security: We do not store any financial transaction details or billing data on Spotler.

  • Accounting Records: Your corporate invoicing data, bank transfer references, and billing addresses are held securely within our internal accounting systems solely for contractual management and statutory compliance.

  • Third Parties: We treat your organizational data with strict confidentiality. Corporate contact details and internal member lists are used strictly for service delivery and are never sold or passed on to unauthorized third parties. Each newsletter includes an immediate link to opt out or adjust your email preferences.

5. Data Deletion & Storage Limitation

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including satisfying legal, accounting, or reporting rules.

  • General inquiry emails are reviewed and deleted periodically once your request is resolved.

  • Corporate member profiles are retained within Spotler and our internal systems for the active duration of your organization's paid membership subscription.

  • Basic transaction histories are held for the legally required statutory minimums set by UK tax authorities.
