Training for Employability Teams

We partner with University Employability Teams to strengthen your knowledge, confidence and practical capability in supporting the growing number of disabled students in Higher Education to make a successful transition from education into employment.

Our training equips your team with the insight, language and practical tools to better advise, prepare and empower disabled students navigating recruitment and the early stages of their careers.

We provide specialist consultancy support to universities seeking to strengthen equitable employment outcomes, including targeted projects aligned to your Access & Participation Plan. Working in partnership with Employability, Careers and Widening Participation teams, we are able to design & deliver practical, evidence-informed solutions that create meaningful impact for disabled students and the wider student community.

  • The MyPlus Disability Confidence on Campus Toolkit provides information and guidance to employability staff and careers advisers who are supporting students with disabilities as they search for placements, internships and graduate roles.

    • Designed for Careers Staff to use with disabled students to help them navigate the common challenges they face as they apply for jobs and navigate the recruitment process.

    The cost to purchase the Toolkit is £2,450 + VAT; this is a one-off cost.
