Virtual Workshop
With almost a quarter of working age adults having a disability, building an inclusive culture is no longer optional, it’s essential. Disability inclusion unlocks untapped talent, drives innovation, and helps create workplaces that are resilient and fit for the future.

True disability inclusion isn’t achieved through standalone initiatives; it’s about embedding inclusive thinking into every aspect of how an organisation operates. Yet, given the breadth and complexity of disability, knowing where to start can often feel daunting.
This interactive session provides a practical introduction to disability and employment. It will help participants move beyond awareness and into action, exploring how to identify and remove barriers, create accessible processes, and embed inclusion at every stage of the employee journey.
Participants will gain a clear understanding of disability and discover how disabled people bring unique value through diverse perspectives, creativity, and resilience. We’ll also look at the role of adjustments and inclusive design to ensure all employees can perform at their best.
This workshop is ideal for anyone beginning their disability inclusion journey or looking to build on progress. It will be especially useful for those involved in shaping or delivering equality, diversity, and inclusion strategies across their organisation.
