Jo graduated from the University of the West of England with a BA (Hons) degree in European Studies & Information Systems. Initially starting to train to become a management accountant, Jo changed careers and joined Mars Inc in 1996. Jo worked at Mars for over 20 years in various roles from sales, category management, marketing, shopper marketing to consumer care.

Jo is married to Simon, with two children and a Jack Russell. Jo devotes her spare time to her family and running the admin for her son’s football team. Jo enjoys mountain biking, walking, reading and eating great food!
