Bringing Disability Confidence to Campus

As students consider their progression from education into the workplace it is important that further education institutions build their understanding of the employment challenges facing students with disabilities and enable their staff to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to improve employment outcomes for this cohort.

MyPlus provides training, resources, insights and expertise to enable universities to provide students with disabilities with the specialist careers advise they require to manage their disability during the recruitment process, gain the adjustments and support they require and demonstrate their full potential.

Working with MyPlus has been a really valuable addition to the training and development of our Careers Adviser team. It has helped increase our knowledge and confidence in working with students with disabilities. It has also been great to be able to promote the MPSC resources and online events to our students
